These guidelines are designed to ensure that all interactions on our social media platforms remain constructive, respectful and appropriate. We expect all users to adhere to these guideline ### **Guidelines for Appropriate Behavior** #### **Respectful Communication** Engage with staff and other community members with kindness and respect. Disagreements are natural, but they should be expressed constructively. Be mindful of language that could exclude or offend individuals based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic. ### **Constructive Criticism** When providing feedback or criticism, direct your comments towards ideas and practices, not personal attributes of community members or staff. Similarly, if you identify a problem, aim to suggest potential solutions or improvements rather than simply highlighting issues. ### **Privacy and Confidentiality** Do not share personal information about others without their consent. This includes contact details, private conversations, and any sensitive information. Refrain from discussing proprietary information related to FONZ or its staff unless it has been made publicly available. ### **Avoid Harassment and Bullying** At Fonz Moto, we have a zero tolerance for abuse. Harassment, bullying, or any form of intimidation will not be tolerated. This includes threats, hate speech, and personal attacks.
