Unlike traditional dealership networks, FONZ manages sales, support and servicing directly. This ensures consistent quality and strong after-sales care nationwide. Unlike traditional dealership networks, FONZ manages sales, support and servicing directly. This allows us to maintain consistent quality, transparent pricing and strong after-sales care across the country.

Annual Servicing

FONZ electric motorbikes and road-scooters require servicing:

  • Once every 12 months, or

  • Every 5,000kms (whichever comes first)

There are no hidden servicing programs or complicated dealership requirements — just straightforward, transparent support.

Your Servicing Options

We provide two flexible pathways to suit metro and regional customers alike.

1. Authorised Local Repairers

You’re welcome to use:

  • Any authorised motorcycle or automotive repairer

  • One of our recommended local service partners

FONZ can:

  • Work alongside your preferred repairer

  • Provide technical guidance and documentation

  • Offer phone support during servicing

  • Train authorised local technicians where appropriate

If you contact FONZ directly, our team will coordinate the most practical solution for your location.

2. FONZ Mobile Service Team

We’ve invested in a dedicated FONZ Mobile Service Team, supporting customers across metro and regional areas.

Our technicians travel on scheduled monthly service routes.
