# NKD belt tension guide

## How to replace the belt on NKD

After replacement of the toothed belt tighten the belt tensioning adjuster screws clockwise on both sides, adjust it equally on each side. |

Initially align line 7 from the front to the mark on the swing arm |

Check the belt tension by twisting the belt by hand it should twist around 90 degrees. If it is more, then it is loose; and if it is less its too tight adjust the belt tension adjuster accordingly |

Then hold the adjuster screw in position then secure with the locking nut on both sides |
