      NKD belt tension guide

      How to replace the belt on NKD

      Step 1.

      After replacement of the toothed belt tighten the belt tensioning adjuster screws clockwise on both sides, adjust it equally on each side.

      Step 2.

      Initially align line 7 from the front to the mark on the swing arm

      Step 3.

      Check the belt tension by twisting the belt by hand it should twist around 90 degrees. If it is more, then it is loose; and if it is less its too tight adjust the belt tension adjuster accordingly

      Step 4.

      Then hold the adjuster screw in position then secure with the locking nut on both sides
