When purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle from HONZ HQ, you may be eligible... ### Powerpack Life & Rebate Policy #### Summary FONZ Powerpacks are built to last up to **7 years**, providing long-term performance and reliability. To protect your safety and ensure the best riding experience, we do not recommend using a powerpack beyond the manufacturer’s advised lifespan, as it may reduce performance and increase safety risks. If you purchase FONZ Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle from FONZ, you may be eligible for a rebate available on the existing powerpack depending on the remaining usable life of the battery. Rebates are only available to the **original purchaser** of the vehicle, not third party's such as resellers or vehicles purchased in the aftermarket. --- #### Rebate Structure - **24–36 months remaining life** You are eligible for a **25% discount** of the powerpack’s RRP. - **18–24 months remaining life** You are eligible for a **40% discount** of the powerpack’s RRP. - **Less than 18 months remaining life** The powerpack of a certified pre-owned FONZ vehicle will be replaced prior to sale unless otherwise agreed. --- #### Why This Policy Exists - Ensures customers enjoy **safe, reliable performance** throughout their vehicle’s life. - Provides **fair rebates** that reflect the remaining usable lifespan of the battery. - Helps maintain the value of your Fonz vehicle. --- 👉 If you have any questions about your powerpack’s life span or eligibility for a rebate, please contact our team for support.   #### ⚠️ Important Storage & Safety Warning Powerpacks should always be stored at **around 80% charge** when not in use. - **Do not store a powerpack in a discharged state for long periods.** - A powerpack that has been left fully discharged long term poses a **safety risk**. - Such a powerpack **must not be recharged under any circumstances**.
