How do I store Powerpack battery? Powerpack storage conditions
Information on storing your Powerpack including the best practices and care to ensure the longevity and health of your Powerpack cells when not in use - and what not to do.
If you are not riding your bike for extended periods of time, you should leave the charge % between 60-80%.
Never store Powerpack below 20% for more than a week. Avoid discharging to 0%. If 0% is reached, charge immediately.
Do not store your Fonz Powerpack in humid or damp environments. High moisture content in the air, condensation, or areas affected by rising damp can degrade the battery's internal components over time, affect performance, and may pose a safety risk.
Avoid storing the Powerpack in spaces such as unventilated garages, basements, sheds, or any area prone to moisture build-up or poor airflow. Store it in a cool, dry, well-ventilated space instead.
For full storage guidance — including recommended temperature and humidity ranges, ventilation requirements, and what "rising damp" means for your storage area — refer to the Storage section of your Fonz owner's manual.
