At FONZ, delivery is designed to be as considered as the product itself - balancing convenience, compliance and a consistent nationwide experience.
On-Road Costs & Ride-Away Pricing
Our ride-away price includes all on-road costs - registration, third-party insurance, stamp duty, plates, and other applicable government fees.
FONZ Moto can arrange on-road costs in many locations across Australia through a local partner. Where this applies, a dealer delivery fee will apply.
Registering your vehicle yourself or outside our service area?
If you elect to register the vehicle yourself, or we are unable to arrange on-road costs in your location, on-road costs will be removed from the vehicle purchase price and dealer delivery fees will not be payable.
If on-road costs have already been included in your purchase price and are not deducted prior to delivery, we will reimburse the amount to your nominated bank account. To initiate a reimbursement, email accounts@fonzmoto.com.
A more balanced approach to delivery
Transporting electric vehicles requires specialised handling and national logistics coordination. Costs can vary significantly between locations.
Rather than passing on the full cost, we contribute to delivery to provide a more consistent experience, wherever you are.
Delivery Method
Depending on your location and vehicle configuration, delivery will be arranged in one of two ways:
- Direct to your address - typically for unregistered vehicles
- Local click & collect partner - for vehicles requiring registration and handover
This is determined by:
- Whether your vehicle is delivered registered or unregistered
- The services and partners available in your area
Where a local partner is required, this ensures your vehicle is prepared, compliant, and handed over to the appropriate standard.
