At FONZ, delivery is designed to be as considered as the product itself - balancing convenience, compliance and a consistent nationwide experience.
On-Road Costs & Ride-Away Pricing
Our ride-away price includes all on-road costs - registration, Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance, stamp duty, plates and applicable government fees.
Fonz Moto can arrange on-road costs in many locations across Australia via our local partners. Where this applies, a dealer delivery fee will apply.
Arranging On-Road Costs
FONZ Moto can arrange registration and on-road costs in many locations across Australia via our local partners.
Where this service is provided, a dealer delivery fee will apply to cover vehicle preparation, compliance and handover.
Registering the Vehicle Yourself
If you choose to register the vehicle yourself, or if we are unable to facilitate registration in your location:
- On-road costs will be removed from your purchase price
- Dealer delivery fees will not apply
If on-road costs have already been charged and are not removed prior to delivery, we will reimburse the amount to your nominated bank account.
To request a reimbursement, please email accounts@fonzmoto.com. Refunds are processed within standard accounts timeframes.
Delivery Overview
Transporting electric vehicles requires specialised handling and coordinated national logistics.
To provide a consistent experience across Australia, FONZ subsidises delivery costs rather than passing on the full amount.
Delivery Method
Depending on your location and vehicle configuration, delivery will be arranged in one of two ways:
- Direct to your address - typically for unregistered vehicles
- Local click & collect partner - for vehicles requiring registration and handover
This is determined by:
- Whether your vehicle is delivered registered or unregistered
- The services and partners available in your area
Where a local partner is involved, this ensures your vehicle is prepared, compliant, and handed over to the appropriate standard.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by your Product Advisor at the time of order.
As a general guide:
- Vehicles delivered by FONZ may take up to 3 weeks from completion to arrive
- Vehicles delivered via third-party logistics providers will have delivery scheduled directly with you
If your vehicle becomes available sooner, we will notify you.
