# Transfer of Vehicle Ownership

## How to transfer vehicle ownership and warranty

As the seller or purchaser of a vehicle, it is important to update the details of ownership within the FONZ network to ensure the correct persons receive important communication on vehicle updates, service requirements and so on. 

**Responsibilities of the Seller**

The Seller must email [support@fonzmoto.com](mailto:support@fonzmoto.com) notifying Fonz Moto of the Transfer of Vehicle Ownership within 7 days of the sale occurring.

**Responsibilities of the Buyer**

The below [Transfer of Vehicle Ownership](https://1p0dz.share.hsforms.com/2A95Fjo5DSaOS5c6RBRxmBw) form must be completed and submitted by the Buyer within 7 days of the sale occurring.
