What is a State of Health (SOH) Assessment?

A State of Health (SOH) assessment is a routine check performed by our technicians to assess the health of components, to make sure your Powerpack and charger are operating safely and as expected

A state of health assessment is a routine inspection. This article explain what’s included in a State of Health Assessment?

An SOH assessment may include:

  • Visual inspection
    Assess the condition of the internal components of the Powerpack. Checking for any signs of damage, wear, moisture, or debris inside charger connectors and components

  • Battery health check
    Reviewing the Powerpack’s overall condition, including cell capacity, health and balance 
  • Electrical testing
    Verifying the Powerpack and charger iare delivering and receiving the correct voltage and current

  • System diagnostics
    Scanning for any fault codes or irregular behaviour in the system

  • Connection checks
    Ensuring all plugs, ports, and internal connections are clean and secure
