An SOH assessment may include:

Visual inspection
Assess the condition of the internal components of the Powerpack. Checking for any signs of damage, wear, moisture, or debris inside charger connectors and components - Battery health check
Reviewing the Powerpack’s overall condition, including cell capacity, health and balance -
Electrical testing
Verifying the Powerpack and charger iare delivering and receiving the correct voltage and current -
System diagnostics
Scanning for any fault codes or irregular behaviour in the system -
Connection checks
Ensuring all plugs, ports, and internal connections are clean and secure
