      What should I do if my bike won't start?

      This article offers troubleshooting if your bike won't start - and what to do if you need further support

      Concern experienced

      No power when turning ignition key

      Troubleshoot

      1. Ensure Powerpack is connected to bike by cable
      2. Check Powerpack Safety Switch (blue) is ON (no tension) *
      3. Confirm ignition barrel is turning to ignition ON - Not able to spin freely

      Concern experienced

      Bike turning on, but no acceleration.

      Troubleshoot

      1. Check side stand is UP
      2. Check kill switch (red) is OFF
      3. Check no warnings on the speedo display

      Concern experienced

      Bike turning on, but not going into READY mode.

      Troubleshoot

      1. Disconnect Powerpack from underneath saddle, turn the ignition key when disconnected to drain power. Wait 5 minutes & reconnect Powerpack
      2. Check the READY switch is engaging - Press with a little more force
      3. Check the READY switch is not blocked. Blow air or spray a small amount of WD40 behind the switch to clean the contact
