Yes, all Fonz electric motorcycles and electric scooters have regenerative braking.
Regenerative Braking is on the front and rear brakes. It returns kinetic energy to the Powerpack when you brake.
The regen works when you engage the front and rear brake levers.
You will maximise Fonz energy-recovering function by setting up to come into a stop early, therefore electronically braking gently and using the ‘manual’ brakes only when necessary, such as an emergency stop.
Glide Regeneration
The other regen option is glide regeneration. Glide regen will also return power back to the Powerpack when you’re not accelerating. We do not recommend this as you lose the freedom and greater range of coasting that comes from electric motorbikes and scooters over petrol bikes.
