Fonz Moto Pty Limited (Fonz Moto) electric motorbikes and road-scooters (vehicles) come with a 36-month, 20,000km Limited Australian Warranty for models sold after December 2023 - Models sold prior to this date hold 24 month, 10,000km warranty. STEP 1: OWNER SUPPORT
If you purchased your vehicle through a dealer, please return to the dealer to make the warranty claim on your behalf.
If purchased directly from FONZ, please contact our Alexandria service centre for an assessment booking.
STEP 2: ASSESSMENT
An assessment will be performed by your local repair centre or FONZ HQ to determine the concern and rectification steps.
STEP 3: APPROVAL
Prior to any warranty work being carried out, Fonz Moto will provide a written response to the service partner outlining the coverage.
