How do I make a warranty claim?

Follow the steps below to make a warranty claim

Fonz Moto Pty Limited (Fonz Moto) electric motorbikes and road-scooters (vehicles) come with a 24-month, 10,000km Limited Australian Warranty. Click here to view the Fonz Moto Pty Limited Australian Warranty Policy

 

STEP 1: OWNER SUPPORT FORM

Complete the Owner Support Request form to assist with your support request. 

Once your support request has been received you will be contacted by Fonz Moto to take your vehicle to your nearest Authorised Repairer.

If you purchased your vehicle through a dealer, please return to the dealer to make the warranty claim on your behalf.

 

STEP 2: ASSESSMENT
Present the vehicle to an Authorised Repairer to assess the vehicle prior to any work being carried. 

Note, to be covered by the Fonz Moto Pty Limited Warranty Policy, any costs associated with repair of the vehicle must be approved in advance by Fonz Moto via email.
 
STEP 3: APPROVAL

Prior to any warranty work being carried out, a warranty claim Approval must be provided by Fonz Moto in writing by email.
