Upgrade with confidence. When you purchase a FONZ electric motorcycle or electric scooter, you’re protected by our Guaranteed Trade-Up Program.

If you choose to upgrade to another FONZ model within 48 months, we guarantee your trade-up value as a percentage of your original purchase price—so you always know where you stand.

For vehicles over 48 months old or with more than 15,000 km, simply speak with your FONZ representative for a tailored trade-up valuation.

FONZ Moto Guaranteed Trade-Up – Terms & Conditions

  1. Vehicle Care & Warranty
    The vehicle must be serviced and maintained by FONZ Moto Pty Limited or an authorised repairer in accordance with the service schedule outlined in the Owner’s Manual. The Guaranteed Trade-Up Offer applies only where no action has been taken that would void the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

  2. Vehicle Use & Condition
    The Guaranteed Trade-Up Value is based on normal use as defined by FONZ Moto Pty Limited and is subject to the kilometre limits set out in the Guaranteed Trade-Up Table. Where a vehicle has travelled more than the applicable kilometre allowance, the Guaranteed Trade-Up Value may be adjusted accordingly.

  3. Valuation Inclusions
    Trade-up values exclude accessories, additional merchandise, government charges, and taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

  4. Inspection Requirement
    To activate the Guaranteed Trade-Up Offer, you must contact FONZ HQ and deliver the vehicle to FONZ Moto for inspection. The vehicle must be presented in a condition consistent with normal wear and tear.

  5. Documentation
    At or before trade-in, you must provide proof of original purchase and evidence of current or prior registration.

  6. Finance & Ownership
    The vehicle must be free of all financial encumbrances at the time of trade-in. It is the customer’s responsibility to clear any outstanding finance or obligations to allow FONZ Moto Pty Limited to obtain clear title.

  7. Eligibility & Transferability
    The Guaranteed Trade-Up Offer is exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person. No third party has any rights under this Guarantee.

  8. Vehicle Coverage
    This Guarantee applies only to the original vehicle purchased and does not extend to any replacement or subsequent vehicle.

  9. Expiry
    The Guaranteed Trade-Up Offer automatically expires 48 months from the Guarantee Effective Date.
