Which model am I ordering?
The 2024 ARTHUR 6 series is the most powerful FONZ road-scooter yet. Sustainable Salons members are now eligible to earn the ARTHUR 6 Standard model through the Sustainable Salons website.
What is the onboarding process?
Once you have placed your rewards order on the Sustainable Salons website you will be contacted by Fonz Moto's onboarding team to finalise your order.
How can I customise my order?
At the time of onboarding you may choose any optional extras to customise the style and/or performance of your ARTHUR 6. Popular examples of style options are metallic paint, a leather saddle or storage options.
You can also customise the powertrain including adding a Long Range or Performance package to increase up to 90km/h speed and 130 kilometers of range.
If you decide to purchase any additional options or are assisted with registration, Fonz Moto will invoice you directly for these costs.
How long does it take for delivery?
This depends on your location. Once you finalise the specifications Fonz Moto will advise you of the estimated delivery date to your home. Note, the standard Sustainable Salons delivery is to your home and your vehicle is not registered.
The delivery timeframe will usually range from 2 to 6 weeks within Australia and 10 to 12 weeks to New Zealand.
Do you offer click and collect or vehicle registration?
In some locations a local Fonz Moto partner can offer click and collect service with the vehicle registration organised locally. If you are interested in this option please ask your Fonz Moto onboarding partner when finalising your order and we will let you know if this is available in your area.
If you request click & collect with collection from a local partner (other than New South Wales) and are assisted with registration, Fonz Moto's local partner will invoice you directly for the registration costs. In New South Wales Fonz Moto can offer vehicle registration and if you choose this option will invoice you directly for the registration costs.
How will I receive my order?
Fonz Moto standard delivery for Sustainable Salons customers is home delivery. In some locations, FONZ will also offer to collect from a local partner if they would like assistance with local registration. This collection option is not available in all locations.
Additional information for New Zealand
When a FONZ vehicle is imported from Australia to NZ, you must take it to get a safety certificate (MR2). As your FONZ is an EV, you will not need to demonstrate your vehicle complies with NZ emissions standards.
